We strive our best to provide quality downloads and resources but cannot guarantee the transfer to your device will be equivalent to the master creation. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, exchanged or replaced, etc. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, digital downloads, courses and items of that sort cannot be returned. Social Media & Marketing have different rules and limitations. We also do not accept products that are intimate (hair & beauty) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
• Print on demand products will take some time for delivery but expect these services to be quick.. Orders are processed quickly to get them completed and shipped, so cancellations may not be an option. These products cannot be returned or refunded, please make your choices wisely. In the event of incorrect size, printing error or damaged garments, please contact us at: sales@avidityexchange.com

If there is an issue with your order, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for items purchased on this site not through any links associated with any products. Purchases made on affiliate sites or links with or for additional resources have their own set of rules.  Please contact those providers for return of goods.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items purchased on this site if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at sales.avidityexchange.com.
